Hello everybody!

Thanks for your help. The dropping problem was solved the way you told me. On the other hand, about the freezing problem, my friend found a way to close the client without crashing w2000: Disconnect from the menu bar, and close it with the close window button on the top right corner, and then just wait for it to close (which can be slow, but don't crash her PC).
