[CF-Devel] new red dragon image

Hey, after a few failed attempts I finally managed to
create a new red dragon image which doesn't look like
a duck. :-)

When talking about images - I would very much like to
restore the old sign image. Yes, that one with the thin black
frame around it. The reason is that the black frame makes it
stand out from the background so much better. IMO signs are
fairly important and therefore should be well visible.
