[CF-Devel] New comunication commands. 'me and 'set_reply

Maybe i forgot to explain why this set_reply function :-)
Well... many times happened to me and other people that using the reply command
is not really secure, if a person tells you something, you begin replying to
him/her and in the middle another person tells you something the message may go
to the wrong person. But it wont hapen if you set_reply before using the reply
command :D
