Here's a suggestion for a map (or map square?) flag: non-permanent town

      portal.

Basically, it would mean: you can cast town portal, and use said portal.

But, if map resets, you can not get back to it even if you have memorized

The goal would be to prevent players, when reaching some places (top of

I also don't think that would be that hard to implement - if map is loaded

when portal is reopened, check flag, if set fail portal & reset map.

Yeah a comment. If map is reset at time portal is invoked, don't create the
portal at all? (no need for a map flag, too difficult to change all treasure
rooms to forbid portals....). Well basically, even if this prevent treasures
stealing (which unbalance the game), this doesn't look natural being unable
to get back to one place because it has 'reset' (in fact the idea of reseting
a map doesn't seem natural but that's an other point). Perhaps a better idea
would be to limit the time a player can remember where the portal must
connect to. If it's something like 30 minutes (quite enough for portals from
town to town, or from cleaned up dungeon's treasure room to shop), that would
look close to the time of map resets.
And it looks more natural to forget a location as time goes than to forget
location because of a map reset.
