Just commited, check for unique map is now removed :)
Meaning you can build anywhere, ASSUMING the correct flags are set (else some 
weirdness may appear, specially for wall merging... those ones are esthetic 
though, and hopefuly wouldn't break anything, but still)

I checked on guilds, when correct flags are set, mapbuilding works correctly.

Remember, though: i did test it a lot, but it's never been submitted to 
players's intensive check :)
