I've subscribed to the maps list now for map discussions. I posted that original message to crossfire-devel because I was wondering about the items ending up under the tables being a server code thing. This message is also going to the maps list. Please reply on the maps list to discuss this further. TIA! Before I make changes lets allow the existing map to stay there for a week or so. If it looks like there is too much junk accumulating in the "charity" area I will change it to where the items are removed at a reset. However, I sat in there for an hour today wearing God Finger and watching. The stuff in the charity area seems to be turning over rather quickly. One player even grabbed everything that was there and then sold it. If I want to drop some nice rings for newbies to take for free I like the idea of having a place where I can drop them for free and they don't disappear in a couple of hours. That was my reason for creating the 10 unique tables. If your concern proves unfounded then I will replace the tables with unique floor tiles in an updated map. A thought - what if I used a floor tile but changed the face to a table? Is that workable?
