[CF-Devel] Shoes of Fire: Item bug?

Hi,

I just received an anecdotal report of a uh, slightly messed up shoes of
fire.

Str+26, Dex+21, Con+28, Int+22, res. (magic, fire, cold, depletion,
everything) +100

That's obviously not a good thing. The player (Soul) reports being able to
kill cyclops at level 6...

Is this just a singular glitch or a wider bug?
