Please do this, in your source dir:

% gdb server/crossfire
(gdb) run

then when it segfaults:

(gdb) bt

Send the output to me or the list.  That will tell us exactly
the line where the segfault happened.

*OR*, gzip your "treasures" and "archetypes" files (from the dir
where you *run* crossfire, not the source) and send them to me.
