[crossfire] Banking system

Finished drawing. Bank card pic and arc have now been
submitted to CVS. All that's needed is the code and we
can be done with this silly talk of turning the coins
into a 'stat' :). The bank card shall fulfill what is
wanted without touching the wonderful coins.
