[crossfire] Circular lighting & negetive glow_radiuses

Hi all,

I just finished some nice patches to make lighting circular instead of 
square, and it also allows one to use negative glow_radius values for 
special effects and such. Tests on a private testing server show that it 
works great with no noticeable server overhead. I submitted it to the SF 
tracker here:

Due to the fact that it encompasses so many files in the server code I 
hope that it can get reviewed merged into CVS before other changes 
happen to those files so the diff doesn't break. I also have some 
screenshots of it if anybody want them (too big for mailing list of course).
