[crossfire] New GCE release

Hi!

we have released a new version of GCE.
Now we also have auto join. It works a bit different than the java
editor auto joining, but it's IMHO more sensitive to what the map artist
wants (at least it's what i would want).
To use autojoin just click on the <wallname>_0 arch in the picker
(similar to crossedit).
