Personally, I don't think it's worth trying to weight such things, too
much potential for arguing of fairness. IMHO any commiter who bothers to
vote should just have an equal vote with everyone else.

I'm thinking perhaps a list would be a more accurate gage of opinions
involved, or at least have a 'first-choice second-choice' system, though
IMHO a full list from the options people have been evaluating would be best.

Personally a week seems reasonable.

Or perhaps we should vote on the voting method, to vote on the voting
method. Or if along that line of thinking, how about one hundred layers
of voting? :P
