[crossfire] block view vs. xray vision

  Yes, and that probably isn't the only map - lots of maps don't take x-ray 
vision into account.

  There are probably some other ways that can be used to hide this, depending 
what needs to be hidden.  One could use the 'blocked' space (which is all back) 
- put that on top, but change it so it doesn't have any weight and doesn't block 
any movement.  In this case, people with x-ray would still see the space, but it 
would just be black.

  X-Ray vision is hardcoded with a 2 tile range right now.  And it completely 
ignores any attributes of the space - basically, it just says that all spaces 
with 2 spaces are visible to the character, regardless of any other attributes.

  It is conceivable that at some point, different range for x-ray vision could 
be added, as well as flags to block it.  But I don't really see either of those 
happening anytime soon.
