[crossfire] Moving faceset info from socket to common

Hello.

Currently, the read_client_images() function, and supporting variables 
(everything related to faceset, including the actual png pictures), are 
located in the socket library.

I'd like to move this to common (in trunk), for 2 reasons:
1) it isn't related to sockets, except because it's sent to the client
2) for my mapper tool, I need the actual face. But linking to libsocket causes 
many issues, many undefined functions. So any program wishing to use actual 
faces will have a hard time to do this :)
