[crossfire] Bug tracker item removal! Who did it?

It was set to Private (not sure by who or when - likely it was me..)
which means that only the person who submitted the bug and project
members (when they are logged in) can see it.
Since it was a cheat exploit, I would say that is the reason why it was
marked as Private.
