[crossfire] Map logical linking

Hello.

I tweaked the mapper to extract some more information.

The result can be seen at http://crossfire.ailesse.com/maps/slaying_info.html

The page basically lists all values used for special keys, containers, locked 
doors.
It is not complete, missing markers that make FORCEs and such, but should give 
a good start I think.

I plan to add a few more features to the mapper tool, including maps linking 
to a specific map (so on a map you can see all information), things like 
that. But other suggestions are welcome :)
