[crossfire] New plugin: citylife - help needed

  I've always thought that the cleaning woman, which is and archetype that is 
used in some maps, should be set to pick up everything (maybe not furniture) - 
after all, they are cleaning woman, so they should clean.

  Then there should be some of these about town, and same thing, they should go 
and pick up all the garbage the players leave about.

  Could be interesting to also have a garbage pile someplace which the cleaning 
woman go to do drop all the crap they pick up, so if the player leaves something 
'temporarily' on the map and the cleaning woman pick it up, the player could 
still go to the garbage pile and try to get it back.
