[crossfire] Weather code

I remember 2 main facts about weather code.

1st, original author wanted to make it so complex it would be impossible 
to predict it's behaviour
2nd, after 2 weeks fixing performances issue to make it barely useable, 
original author told me i "didn't understand the code" and broke it with 
my acceleration.

Just Trash it!
