[crossfire] Alchemy tweaks

Hello.

I added 3 fields for alchemy formulae, 'min_level', 'failure_arch' 
and 'failure_message'.
Description is in related file.

I also changed the recipe of 'mushroom of Gourmet' to yield ashes instead of 
blowing up or other nasty things in case of failure.

Min_level isn't used yet.
