[crossfire] Dragons, throwing skill and limitations

One can choose what to throw with dragons actually. You need to 'mark'
the item, which if I remember correctly is done with either
shift-middle-click or the 'mark' command. Throwing the wielded item is
simply the fallback when no item is marked.
