[crossfire] Protocol extension

Hello.

I just added a small protocol extension.

"spellmon" setup command can now take a value of "2", resulting in more spell
information sent (including required items to send, and if the spell needs
arguments to be used - text for rune of marking, things like that).

Hopefully JXClient will implement that at some point ;)
And maybe GTK/GTK2, if someone feels like implementing that :p

For clients wishing to use that new feature, just send "setup spellmon 1
spellmon 2", and if you get "spellmon 1 spellmon FALSE" then the server
doesn't accept 2 - sending invalid setup command doesn't change the
server-side value, so the "1" will be taken into account correctly.
And if you get "spellmon 1 spellmon 2" then you'll get that extended
information.
