  Just a note - in order to record these thoughts, I've updated:

  To include a section on attributes - hopefully I captured what has been 
discussed - and as I was typing that up, came up with a few new ones.

  As note on the page, not a final document - mostly wanted a more centralized 
place to record that than in e-mail messages.

  If I forgot anything, please let me know.
