[crossfire] Diseases and immunities changes proposal

Hello.


I've implemented that change, based on the symptoms of the disease.


Now a monster with eg immunity to flu 20 infected by flu level 50 will only have 
symptoms level 30 (but will infect others at level 50 :))


Feel free to revert that change if it breaks too many things.
