[crossfire] Improving Python logging

Hello.


Follow-up on that issue, it's actually simpler than I thought, with some help 
from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4307187/how-to-catch-python-stdout-in-
c-code


Now Python's stderr and stdout will be part of Crossfire's log.

Note that stdout will only be displayed if there is an error, and part of that 
error's output. Feel free to change that behaviour :)
