[crossfire] Improving IRC availability with a chat bridge

Seems fine to me.

For the archive history, 2 months seems ok to me. It won't be indexed, 

Besides, everyone knows (I hope :)) that chats on IRC that need to be 
persisted should be sent to the mailing list :p
