[crossfire] Windows server support

Hello.


After a discussion on the IRC channel, I wonder if anyone is currently 
compiling the server for Windows?


Latest pre-compiled binaries are 7 years old on SF.


It would be great to have a newer version :)


Did anyone lately try to compile the server? With what toolchain?


Ideally, we'd have night builds (of client & server for Linux & Windows & 
whatever we support), but well...
