As an enhancement, perhaps have a flag or other setting on savebeds which control if they update your 'home' position or not. It may not be a big deal, but I would think there may be some cases where you really don't want to update your home position, but you want to save the game. Also, this would then suggest that when you do die, you would show up in an inn. I guess there is no harm in that, but seems like a bit of an odd place.
