[CF-Devel] General notes on the latest gods

How about something like an offensive field - kinda like a really overactive 
immune system for Valriel.  Has a short term duration, and a small radius 
around the player that increases with exp.  It can either attack items, 
enemy stats, or hp causing damage as long as they are within range.
