[CF-Devel] praying improves mana/hp regen

I noticed this a long time ago, and i rather thought it was an
intended feature.  Indeed, I use it *all* the time.

If we decide this is bug rather than a feature, I vote to keep this
as our pet bug, and name it "Charlie", and let it continue to
exist.

Personally, I think of praying as a lesser brother to meditation,
and this makes sense to me.
