I longer prefer to change the way, yu can change gods. The way we handle this stuff comes from nethack. Well, nethack is a different game as our MMORPG. We can't quick reload. So, i prefer this: - no exp lose/ god changing on normal god altar - you must enter the church/temple of the god with special altar - if you pray on altar of different god you lose hp or something This will give also the fine option, to hide temples of special gods with high power, so you must find them fist in a quest. I never like this "god avenue" we have in scorn. > > Interestingly it seems the code should move the player in the opposite > direction from where he/she came. > > move_player(pl,absdir(pl->facing + 4)); /* back him off the way he came. > */ > > Why did I not get this affect? > > The more I think about this more I think that I have been a victim of > extreme bad luck. > > dnh > > > On Thu, 21 Jun 2001, Jochen Suckfuell wrote: > > > I suggest to leave the exp penalty as is, but also paralyze the > player so > > that he doesn't pray more than once on the wrong altar.
