[CF-Devel] crossplatform stuff

Hm, if you say the project, what you exactly means?

The server itself is plain c. No widget lib is used, its a console
application.
I have ported it to windows some time ago.

The editor is, well java. And python is , well python. :-)
They have all cross platform power we wish (well we wish).

So, there are only 2 parts you will have in mind - the old editor and the
both linux clients.

Plase remember: I have included in the CVS a full workable SDL client.
I have give out also a base flat version of it.

You really should be aware, that your plans will invoke ALOT of work. Much
more work
as you perhaps imagine and it will need all times alot of support in the
future.

These libs and cross platforms stuff is nothing you can include as "fire and
forget" stuff.
There are 1001 small little side effects which will invoke crashes here and
strange effects there.
