[CF-Devel] CVS binary flags

Somebody had problems retrieving binaries (images) from the CVS
with wincvs, the newlines in those were altered.

I have set the binary flags to all png files in arch and the 2
big png collections (crossfire.0 and .1) in the server module.

If you add new files and want to set the binary flag:
cvs admin -kb file.png
