Yeah - I looked at the code. IMO, this is broken, and I'll fix it. What I think the code was trying to do was ensure that exp for all the skills would never overflow the characters total experience. Could also be interesting to add scoring information based on skill. Eg, XYZ has the highest exp for wis, and ABC has the higest physical, etc.
