Should be fixed now in CVS:

common/button.c:  Fix do_mood_floor() to look at all objects on space for
    something to effect, not just things above the moodfloor.

  I haven't really verified it all is behaving right, but the change is pretty 
minor.

  This was caused a while back when insert_ob_in_map no longer tries to resort 
the objects on the space - this is to save time, especially with large area of
