As of now, a player's class has little impact on the game
beyond level 10 or so.
exeption : monk (-weapon,+meditation)

Idea: Give skill boni/mali similar to spellpath attunements with each
class.

Eg.: alchemist : +7 alchemy, -1 melee ...

Effect: alchemist would be 7 levels higher in alchemy then their exp.
in that skill category would indicate.
We don't have to implement negative levels.
For mali like -1 we then just add -1 if level > 1.

 exp.       0*    2000    4000   8000
skill +0    1       2       3      4
alch. +7    8       9      10     11
melee -1    1       1       2      3

* if one has this skill of course.

This would also mean, an alchemist might reach level 117 in alchemy,
but only level 109 in melee.

Especially with the new skill system, we could make the class
influence the whole players life without just denying skills.
