[CF-Devel] save client settings on server

I actually thought of modifying the server to save keybindings. I chose
not to go that route because different machines will have different
keybindings. The win32 gtk port that I put up has seperate keybindings
for each character. Right now, they are saved in a folder together. This
means that if you have a character with the same name on a different
server, you'll be using the same keybindings. By rights, all of the
character keymappings should be maintained in seperate server folders. I
haven't had any time to work on the client, but the source is available if
you'd like to take a look at it. :)
