[CF-Devel] Speed bug

Hi (again).

There seems to be a bug with the max speed computation sometimes.
Here's what i do (exact commands types in chat window):
* apply Lug (opens Luggage)
* get all
* apply pouch (opens pouch)
* get all
* apply pouch

After that, my speed was >7!!! (when i'm at 1,6 usually, 2 at most with 
ring of Thieves).
Saw that bug too another time, doing the same kind of things, iirc...
