Just as a minor note on this - one problem that may occur is the potential disparity between weights of monsters and players. If you want the spell to be able to push around any moderately sized monsters, it basically means that players will be blown all over the place. This sort of falls back to the different hp levels between players and monsters. However, the players have many ways to counteract that - highers resistances, faster than most monsters (so can move out of the effect), faster hp regen (after a ring of life or other nice regen +2 item), and intelligent use of healing. Probably the easiest way to fix this would be to add a KNOCKBACK attacktype. This would be like the confusion or slow attacktypes - doesn't do actual damage (so needs to be teamed with something else), but denotes the creature needs to be pushed back, if appropriate roles fail. It could be interesting to add support for that to various weapons even (can't use wait as easily, but could do something - getting hit by a bonecrusher would suggest you perhaps should be moved back a space or so) _______________________________________________ crossfire-devel mailing list crossfire-devel at lists.real-time.com https://mailman.real-time.com/mailman/listinfo/crossfire-devel
