[CF-Devel] AC on dragons, perhaps other races

I've noticed with dragons, when you get past level 95~100 on clawing, 
you cease to
add to your ac. While with other races, when they level up their attack 
skills, they gain more
ac. perhaps this could be examined, and possibly allow for advancement 
in races that
need it? Balancing CF is critical, because it enhances gameplay with a 
different race without
making it too unfair.
