smooth only to floor==1:
false assertion, anything with smoothlevel other than 0 will be smoothed by
client if a smooth picture is available, code has never been restricted to
floors. It was forseen the snow the water drops of even spell effect could
use the smoothing code.

code logic is pretty simple: if client supports smoothing, send smoothlevels
along with map squares. Client does then applies the smooth rendering logic
for everything with smoothlevel not zero. Are you sure the is a problem with
weather items or did you just conclude this because currently all smoothed
things are only floors things?

Currently the clients don't smooth tiles dropped by
weather code (snow and all that stuff) because the
client dosn't smooth anything thats not set floor=1 I
guess... now since only things that are ment to be
smoothed have smoothing set at all .... could you let
things that arent floor=1 smooth so weather stuff will
smooth?
