I happened to be playing some freeciv last night, and I would agree,
it's in-game help system is great. My only nitpicks about it are:
1) the view of what techs are required to get the one you're viewing the
help for, may be very powerful, but is unintuitive
2) not enough cross referencing
However, the basic design I personally think is excellent. One thought,
is if we use such a system, it might be a good idea to make the file
format of it pretty much the same as dokuwiki, that way the help could
easily be drafted on the wiki.
