I started to fill up some points into such a page:

I tried to make a summary of the discussion.  I took the points which
was talked about without any protest.  Or if there was any contradiction
I tried to merge and fix it or added some new ideas.

Leaf already found the sites and added things.  Feel free to do the same. :)
