[crossfire] Release of 1.11 in a week or two

Stopper thing: Windows support.
With the new metaserver and curl, pthread is needed too, so one should take 
the time to see how to make everything work nicely.
Also, AFAIK, GTK2 with Kevin's patches hasn't been tested under Windows 
either.

Unfortunately I don't have much time lately, so I can't guarantee that I'll be 
able to test everything. If anyone has the time and will, of course, that's 
another issue :)
