[CF-Devel] remove IP from who command

I want to destroy Outlook express -it does not stay in plaintext mode,
it will not properly quote messages and it is as secure as swiss cheese
- Monday I start using mozilla mail on my loaner laptop, standards or no
standards.  Here is the message I sent in plain text:
